Author's description:
These are my Employment Law Elective notes from 2014 complete and up-to-date (with updates through 2017). I sat the exam in June 2014 and achieved 91% using only these notes and the course textbook. I believe that these are the most complete employment notes available online and could help anyone get higher marks in the exam. I created them from scratch while attending the University of Law so they follow the course structure exactly. This will of course also reduce your preparation time for workshops.
The notes include:
Consolidated (paraphrased/simplified) transcripts of every single i-Tutorial - Consolidated notes on every single workshop
Model answers for all the common claims and questions with the proper structure and distinction-level detail
Other general notes that are helpful for the MCQs When using these notes in combination with the flowcharts in the book, you simply can't go wrong. The model answers provide the correct structure and add in multiple advanced points that will help you toward that distinction.
