1) Property Register The Property Register will:
- contain a description of the land, by reference to the Title Plan
- indicate whether title is freehold or leasehold The Property register MAY indicate:
- there are easements/rights benefiting the land
- those easements/rights are subject to obligations
- things usually expected to come with land (e.g. rights of light and air) have been excluded from the title
- Usually contains a description of the land and contains the rights that benefit it
- A single property may have one freehold registered title and one or more leasehold registered title
- the Land Registry sometimes place rights that burden the land in the Property Register (usually found in the Charges Register)
